USE THIS WORKFLOW

1. Assign an asset ID or clear equipment description.
2. Inspect the complete assembly, hardware, tensioner, and attachment environment.
3. Use consistent PASS, HOLD, REMOVE, and permitted REPAIR statuses.
4. Physically control equipment that is on hold or removed.
5. Close the record only after an authorized disposition is documented.

CHECK BEFORE RELEASE

• Manufacturer criteria differ by material, product, and assembly.
• Do not improvise repairs or return questionable equipment to service.
• Unreadable markings and an unknown rating require a defined company response.
• Use the log to identify repeat damage and replacement demand.
