Information you provide
When you save a toolkit, Fleet Log pilot, or supplier-match request, you may provide your name, company, email address, ZIP code, fleet size, primary need, message, and the cargo-planning details shown in the form.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to manage early-access interest, improve the planning and documentation tools, respond to supplier-match requests, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Supplier-match information is not routed to a supplier unless that request type is selected.
Digital purchases
If digital checkout is enabled, the payment provider processes card and payment credentials under its own terms. This website may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, purchaser email, and other limited order information needed to verify payment, provide a protected download, prevent abuse, and support the purchase. The website does not receive or store the complete card number.
Email and measurement services
When configured, a transactional email provider may process contact and message details to notify the site operator and confirm a request. A website measurement service may process page visits and conversion events so we can understand use of the calculator, templates, forms, and checkout. These services are only used when their corresponding site integrations are enabled.
Website operations
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security signals to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
Submitted requests and business correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed for product development, customer service, sourcing, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website or, for an elected supplier match, with suppliers reasonably suited to the request.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information contained in our business correspondence, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
