Create one line for each distinct specification and WLL. Set a target quantity based on vehicles, assigned kits, spares, and replenishment time. Count serviceable stock separately from in-service and hold quantities. Calculate the shortage against the serviceable target. Do not combine unlike grades, lengths, hooks, or WLLs into one line. Inventory quantity does not replace equipment inspection. Account for supplier lead time and seasonal or project demand.
