2. Assign responsibility for completion, review, and retention.
3. Pair checklist completion with hands-on training and equipment inspection.
4. Create an escalation path for uncertain cargo or damaged equipment.
5. Review completed records for recurring findings and stock shortages.

• A checked box does not prove the physical arrangement is adequate.
• Do not omit cargo-specific or manufacturer requirements.
